There are few among us who don’t enjoy a Smoothie. But the truth is that a lot of them are full of processed sugars and not as healthy as they should be. This dessert inspired Peach Cobbler Smoothie is not only decadent but it’s so healthy that not only is it “healthy enough for breakfast” it’s actually a perfect way to start your day.

This is crazy good for you. Seriously. It’s naturally gluten-free, sure, but it’s also packed with healthy fats, omega-3s, high in fibre, protein, calcium and iron. This is the perfect smoothie for you to start your day off – and it tastes like dessert. Seriously! This one is a no brainer and all you need are the ingredients below and a high speed blender.

If you want some other fruit-filled recipes I’ve just uploaded a bunch of peach season inspired recipes including a Peach Faux-Gurt for breakfast. For dinner I’ve got a Peach Fried Rice and a Grilled Peach Salad with a Creamy Peach Dressing. And lastly you should be making these for a dessert ASAP: Peach & Cream Pudding, Peach Crumble, Peach Upside Down Cake, and last but not least Peach Nice Cream!

Whether it’s a post work out snack or a fuel filled part of your breakfast this Peach Cobbler Smoothie is everything you want in a glass!
