Saw the baked oatmeal on your YouTube channel. I doubled this recipe and then separated into 3 servings. Much as you do, I edited it a bit because I lacked bananas. I’m not a huge oat fan and I really enjoyed it. I want to use your basic formula and do a cranberry orange apple concoction.

    1. Ohhhhhh that sounds delicious!!! You can’t even really tell it’s oats in here – it’s sorta like a healthier breakfast mug cake in a way, huh? Let me know how that other concoction goes!!!
