Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prep

Wash and cut the potatoes into somewhat thick wedges.

  2. Boil Potatoes

Toss into a pot of COLD water: enough to cover and bring it to a boil and let it go for 5 minutes.

While this is happening pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees F.

  3. Spice & Shake

After boiling drain the potatoes and then put them right back into the pot - cover with all the spices, put the lid on, and then SHAKE THE HECK OUT OF IT. Seriously - this is the most important step to making these crispy and delicious without any oil.

  4. Bake the Potatoes

Spread evenly on baking sheets on top of parchment or silicon. Bake for 25 minutes.

Top with whatever you like (malt vinegar is exceptionally awesome on them) and SMASH THEM INTO YOUR FACE.

This is my go to recipe for fries. I change up the seasonings to go with the rest of my meal. I also add corn starch with the seasonings just for a little more crunch.
