This is a trend that I saw on Tiktok so I wanted to make a plant-based version. So here’s how to make plant-based yogurt bark!
What I love about this is it comes together ridiculously fast, if you don’t count the freezing time that is! This recipe is a low calorie snack or dessert that you can make in a huge batch and keep for a very long time.
The base itself is just a plain non-dairy yogurt – you can use whatever brand you like. If your yogurt is already sweetened or flavoured then feel free to omit the maple syrup and vanilla. Keep in mind that the nutritional information below is based on a plain yogurt, so adjust those based on whatever type you’re using.
As for toppings, I’ve made some suggestions below, including my Chia Jam, but this is where you can really have fun with whatever you love! Seriously. Make this your own! This is something that my kids devoured!
Now that you know how to make plant-based yogurt bark you’ll always have a quick and healthy snack at the ready!
