Pour mixture into a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer, whisking the entire time. Once it’s up to a simmer keep stirring until it thickens - about five minutes. Let it get to pudding-esque texture. You know what pudding is like, right? It’ll thicken a bit as it cools too, so don’t worry too much.
3 Turn off your heat and mix in the remaining ingredients and pour into a large nonmetal container. Leave on the counter at least 15 minutes to cool then transfer to the fridge several hours or overnight.
4 This is great on its own as a dessert, or part of a breakfast parfait. No matter what make sure you make this and smash it into your face.
