Peanut Stir-Fry Sauce Recipe

Peanut Stir-Fry Sauce

Stir-fries are a staple in our house. They’re perfect for weeknights because of how quick they are. We also love that they can also be made by what’s left in the fridge. What doesn’t taste awesome in a stir-fry? We have a bunch of sauces we love, including our Pad Thai recipe, but we needed a go-to Peanut Stir-Fry Sauce recipe, and after some trail and error this is it! This is the go-to sauce for my Tofu Peanut Stir-Fry but use it for whatever you want.

We primarily use this on stir-fries, but you can use this as a dipping sauce for vegetables or even as a quick salad dressing. It’s great over grilled or roasted vegetables as well. Use it however you see fit as it has loads of potential. Some that I even haven’t tried yet!

If you’ve got a peanut allergy you could consider using almond butter or tahini! It won’t taste the same, but it’ll still be awesome.

This is loved by everyone we’ve ever made it for, especially our kids. So make a double or triple batch as it will keep in the fridge well for at least a week or two. This comes together in literally a few minutes either whisking by hand, or by using a small hand blender. Take this peanut stir-fry sauce recipe and boost up your stir-fry tonight!
