Description

This Maple Cinnamon Apple Baked Oatmeal is the fall comfort food breakfast that you’ve been looking for! 

Ingredients
  • 1 Apple (diced and divided)
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seed Meal
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Small Banana (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Berries (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat your Air-Fryer to 325 F or oven to 350 F. 

    In a small blender mix together half of the apple, milk, flax, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and maple syrup. Blend together. 

  2. Pour your rolled oats into an oven safe dish and pour in your mixture and stir around. Add in the rest of your ingredients and stir until mixed together nicely.

  3. Bake in the Air-Fryer for 20 minutes or the oven for 25-30.

    Let it cool for a film minutes before smashing it into your face!
