Preheat your Air-Fryer to 325 F or oven to 350 F.
In a small blender mix together half of the apple, milk, flax, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and maple syrup. Blend together.
2 Pour your rolled oats into an oven safe dish and pour in your mixture and stir around. Add in the rest of your ingredients and stir until mixed together nicely.
3 Bake in the Air-Fryer for 20 minutes or the oven for 25-30.
Let it cool for a film minutes before smashing it into your face!
