Description

This decadent and easy oreo cake comes together in mere minutes and only needs 5 ingredients! Naturally vegan and plant-based!

Ingredients
  • 32 Oreos (gluten-free optional)
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Dairy-Free Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Dash Sea Sale
  • 6 oz Non-Dairy Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F and prep a circular baking pan.

Take 28 of the oreos and throw them into a food processor and blitz them up until into nice little crumbles. Don’t over do it!

  2. Add in 1 cup of the milk, baking powder, and dash of the salt. Stir together until nicely mixed and them pour into your baking pan. Smack it down so it’s even.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.

  3. While that’s happening heat up the other 1/2 cup of milk in a small pot. Once it’s warm pour over the chocolate chips and cover with a plate or something. Let it sit for a few minutes before you stir it from the inside out until you have a nice ganache.

  4. Once the cake is ready let it sit for a few minutes in the pan and then turn it upside down onto a plate. Pour the ganache overtop the cake onto the middle and then grab the plate and rotate it so it naturally drops over the entire cake.

  5. Take your remaining 4 oreos, place in a plastic bag and smash them up and then crumble them overtop the cake.

Slice, serve, smash it into your face!!!
